Evan Charles

Evan Charles is a dedicated culinary professional currently serving as a line cook at Southern Way Catering Inc since August 2019. Prior experience includes a role as a construction foreman at Labor Finders from November 2016 to January 2019 and various positions at Applebee's Neighborhood Grill + Bar, including server and dishwasher, while also gaining administrative experience as an administrative assistant at the South Carolina Department of Revenue in 2016. Additionally, Evan completed two internships during college, working as a data control clerk at the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) and as a distribution clerk at Palmetto GBA. Evan holds a degree in Psychology, with a focus on Industrial and Organizational Psychology, from High Point University, obtained in 2017.
