Erica Speegle

Erica is responsible for long-range strategic planning, financial planning and analysis, and human resource management. However, she has a hands-on role in driving customer success and delivering next-level service.

Her ability to quickly solve customer challenges is in part due to her fifteen-plus years of experience at SouthernBiotech, working in a variety of roles as she grew her career, and in part due to her goal-driven, results-oriented approach to life that has been shaped by years as a competitive athlete.
