Luke Minto

Luke Minto serves as the National Head of Audio Sales at Southern Cross Austereo, leading sales teams across Australia to develop audio communication plans for clients. Prior experience includes roles at NOVA Entertainment, where Luke held the positions of Head of Regional Sales Strategy and Group Commercial Director, focusing on revenue achievement and client growth. As Sydney General Manager for NOVA 96.9 and Smooth 95.3, leadership of 150 employees was a key responsibility. Previous roles also encompass Sales Director at Nova 106.9FM, Agency Team Manager and Agency Client Executive at DMG Radio, and Sales Manager at Murdoch Magazines. Academic qualifications include a Postgraduate degree in Commerce from UNSW and a Bachelor of Education from the University of Newcastle.
