Josh Sylvan

Josh joined Southfield Capital as an Associate in July 2017. Before joining Southfield Capital, Josh worked in HSBC’s Mergers & Acquisitions group in New York where he provided valuation, structuring and execution support. He operated as a generalist, but primarily worked in the chemicals and consumer space on a variety of transactions.

Prior to HSBC, Josh graduated from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and earned a Bachelor of Science in Business with a major in Finance.
