Cyndi Tullos has extensive work experience in the insurance industry. Cyndi began their career at SouthGroup Insurance Services in 2002, where they served as the VP of Operations and Technology until 2020. From 2020 to 2023, they held the position of Executive Vice-President/Chief Operating Officer in the Ridgeland office. Currently, they are the Chief Executive Officer of SouthGroup Insurance Services. In 2014, they also served as an Ambassador for the AUGIE Group, which aims to bring together industry leaders and promote excellence in service and digital experiences for clients.
Cyndi Tullos obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business from Mississippi College, where they attended from 1998 to 2000. In addition, they obtained the ACORD Certified Expert 2015 Property & Casualty certification from ACORD in November 2015.
