Juan Cabrera possesses extensive experience in project management and safety within the construction industry. Currently serving as Safety Manager, Marketing/Business Development, and Senior Project Manager at Southland Concrete Corporation since May 2014, Cabrera has also held various roles including Project Manager and Project Estimator from February 1999 to August 2012. Prior to this, Cabrera worked as a Project Engineer at Scott Long Construction, Inc. from May 2012 to May 2014. This diverse background highlights a strong foundation in leadership, safety protocols, and business development in a demanding sector.

Southland Concrete continually performs work for the Washington D.C. Metropolitan area’s many General Contractors in both the Private and Public sectors. We perform cast-in-place concrete work for Steel Frame office buildings, Tilt Up Construction, Data Centers, Warehouses, Shopping Centers, and Post Tension Structures, as well as foundations for Precast Parking structures. Typical projects consist of new construction, renovations and additions with work predominately concentrated in a 50 to 75 mile radius of our office to points in Virginia, Maryland, The District of Columbia and West Virginia.
