John Collins

John Collins, CPA, currently serves as CFO and COO at Southland Log Homes since January 2023. Prior to this role, John held the position of CFO at Classical Conversations from February 2018 to December 2022. John's extensive experience includes serving as VP of Finance at Harsco Rail from April 2003 to November 2017, and as Director of Internal Audit for Harsco Corporation from September 1997 to April 2003, overseeing audits for a $2 billion global industrial firm. Earlier in the career, John was a Senior Audit Manager and Audit Manager at Deloitte & Touche from September 1991 to September 1997. John holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from West Virginia University, earned between 1982 and 1986.
