Gina Uzunyan

Gina Uzunyan, CCIM, has extensive experience in the real estate industry, currently serving as the President of the Southland Regional Association of REALTORS since November 2014, with past roles as President in 2016 and President-Elect in 2015. Gina has been the Broker and Owner of Koenig Properties since August 1997, specializing in residential and multi-residential sales, leasing, and financing, including bank-owned sales. Additionally, Gina was the Chief Financial Officer and Manager at Exclusive Escrow, Inc. from January 2003 to December 2010, overseeing the establishment and operations of the escrow company. Gina holds the CCIM designation from the CCIM Institute, obtained between 2006 and 2008, focusing on commercial real estate.
