Ashlee Yager serves as a Senior Attorney at SouthLaw, P.C. since 2021, previously holding the position of Attorney at Halbrook Wood, P.C. for a short duration in 2021. Prior to that, Ashlee Yager was a Self-Employed Attorney and Consultant from 2019 to 2021 and worked as an Associate at Lewis Rice LLC from 2017 to 2019. Experience also includes serving as an Attorney and Kansas Special Assistant Attorney General for the Kansas Department of Labor from 2014 to 2017, and engaging in tax research at The Tax Institute in early 2014. Ashlee Yager gained valuable experience as a Judicial Clerk Intern at the United States Bankruptcy Court in 2013 and as an Assistant District Attorney Intern at the Sedgwick County District Attorney's Office in the summer of 2013, further conducting tax research at The Tax Institute in early 2013. Ashlee Yager's legal education includes a Juris Doctor from the University of Kansas School of Law (2011-2014) and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing/Business from The University of Kansas (2002-2006).
