Tish Whitehead

Tish Whitehead has extensive work experience in the field of regulatory affairs, quality assurance, and new product development. Tish began their career at Baxter Healthcare in 1989, holding various roles in sterility assurance, quality management, and regulatory affairs for a decade. In 1999, they joined Southmedic Inc as the Director of Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance, where they worked until 2003. From 2004 to 2009, Tish was self-employed, providing regulatory and quality consulting services through their company, Solutions Inc. Tish then joined Apotex Inc as the Director of Microbiology and held subsequent roles as the Director of Commercial Laboratory Operations and the Director of QA Sterility Assurance. In 2009, they became the Quality Assurance Head at the Richmond Hill Site before being promoted to Vice President of Quality and Regulatory Affairs. In 2013, Tish joined SMI Solutions as the Vice President of Quality and Regulatory Affairs. Finally, in 2023, they returned to Southmedic Inc as the Vice President of Regulatory Affairs and New Product Development.

Tish Whitehead pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Biology & Chemistry from St. Francis Xavier University from 1984 to 1988.
