With extensive experience in sales, development, and property management, John has been instrumental in various aspects including adaptive reuse projects, leasing, tenant representation, agent recruitment, and marketing. Prior experience includes four years at Colonial Properties, Inc. focusing on commercial sales, leasing, investments, partnerships, and syndications, and six years at Johnson Rast and Hayes, where responsibilities spanned residential sales, project management, and commercial sales. John holds a BS in business from the University of Alabama Birmingham and attended Jefferson State Community College.
