Francis (Rea) Smith has extensive experience in the mortgage industry, currently serving as a Mortgage Loan Closer/Processor at SouthPoint Bank Mortgage since October 2015. Prior roles include Post Closer, Closer, and Processor at First Partners Bank from February 2014 to October 2015, and Mortgage Processor at SouthPoint Bank Mortgage from June 2013 to February 2014. Francis also held the position of Post Closer at M&F Bank between March 2012 and June 2013, and worked as a Processor & Closer at First Educators Credit Union from March 2008 to February 2012.
