Daren Thomas

Daren Thomas is a seasoned mortgage lender with over 24 years of experience, currently serving as Regional Manager at SouthPoint Financial Services, Inc. since December 2008. Daren specializes in assisting clients with home ownership, home equity management, and credit standing, while providing a range of financing options including VA, FHA, USDA Rural Housing, and Conventional loans in Florida. Prior to this, Daren was the President of Atland Finance & Mortgage from October 2006 to December 2008 and served as Director of Mortgage Operations and Senior Vice President at Lendmark Financial Services, a company co-founded by Daren in 1996, overseeing significant operations across multiple states. Daren holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from the University of Florida and is a graduate of the AFSA Management Development Program at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
