Caitlin Risstrom

Caitlin Risstrom is an experienced sport trainer and exercise science professional currently working with the Southport Sharks since November 2021. Caitlin also serves as a lifeguard for Surf Life Saving Queensland and has been providing swimming instruction and coaching at Emmanuel College, Carrara, since June 2021. Prior experience includes a role as a learn to swim instructor with the City of Gold Coast from September 2020 to September 2021. Caitlin holds a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology from Griffith University, completed in 2023, and is pursuing a Master's degree in Medical Research at the same institution, with an expected completion date in 2025. Educational background includes earning a Higher School Certificate from Kincoppal-Rose Bay in 2019.
