The Parts and Service Team at Southport Truck Group is responsible for maintaining and repairing heavy trucks and ensuring availability and procurement of necessary parts. The team, comprising Service Leads, Service Managers, Parts Specialists, Parts Sales Managers, an SOS Manager, and a Parts General Manager, works collaboratively to deliver high-quality service and support, maximizing vehicle uptime and customer satisfaction for our dealerships in Tampa, Fort Myers, and Lakeland, FL.
