Kristin Trammell

Kristin Trammell has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and finance. Kristin started their career as a Finance Associate at United Way of Tyler/Smith County in 2008, where they handled various financial tasks and assisted the VP of Finance. In 2010, they joined Kelly Services as a Senior Recruiter, responsible for recruiting, screening, and placing candidates in suitable positions. Kristin worked closely with customers to ensure quality service. In 2013, they joined Southside Bank as a Human Resource Assistant, supporting the HR department with recruitment tasks and other administrative duties. Kristin later progressed to the role of Human Resources Recruiter and then Human Resources Generalist, before currently serving as the Associate Director of Human Resources.

Kristin Trammell completed their education at the University of Texas at Tyler from 2007 to 2010, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Development. Kristin also attended Tyler Junior College from 2004 to 2007, where they obtained an Associates degree in Psychology. In 2011 and 2012, Kristin Trammell participated in the Leadership Tyler Class 25, although they did not receive a degree or field of study from this program.
