Melanie Morgan, Ed.D., currently serves as an Early Childhood School Counselor at Southside ISD, focusing on individual counseling for early childhood students and employing age-appropriate techniques to support their personal and emotional development. With a robust background in education, Melanie previously held the position of Director of Curriculum and Instruction at Promesa Academy Charter School, where responsibilities included defining academic vision, leading curriculum development, and fostering a positive school culture. Additional experience includes roles as an Instructional Design Coach and Early Childhood Educator at Fort Sam Houston ISD, and as a Professional School Counselor at Judson ISD, emphasizing comprehensive guidance programs and instructional improvements. Melanie's educational credentials include a Doctorate in Teacher Leadership, along with various advanced degrees in counseling and education from reputable institutions.
