Rosa Brigman is an experienced project management professional with a demonstrated history of working in diverse roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a Project Manager Assistant at Southside Medical Center, Rosa previously contributed to Quality Care for Children as an Operations and Finance Assistant and led projects at Lit Consulting and Golden Source Consultants. A bilingual expert with a strong background in strategy consulting, Rosa has developed standard operating procedures, trained personnel, and implemented efficiency systems in client-facing roles. Rosa holds an MBA in General Management, Strategy & Entrepreneurship from SMU Cox School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from National University of Engineering, supplemented by specialized education in Management Accounting.
