Steffani S. has a diverse range of work experience in the banking and real estate industry. Steffani started in 2009 as a Fraud Investigator/Research Analyst at Interthinx, a subsidiary of First American Financial Corporation. Steffani then moved to Virtus Real Estate Capital in 2014, where they worked as a Commercial Real Estate Analyst. In 2016, they joined SouthStar Bank as an Assistant Vice President/Commercial Real Estate Portfolio Manager and later transitioned to Vice President/Commercial Real Estate Closing and Construction Manager.

From 2005 to 2009, Steffani S. attended Texas State University where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English Language and Literature with a focus on Professional Writing.
