Mr. Craig joined Southstar in March 2021 as an Account Manager. His primary responsibilities include verifying invoices, purchase orders, and other items to ensure a smooth funding process for Southstar’s clients.
Prior to joining Southstar, Mr. Craig worked as a Customer Service Supervisor for one of the country’s premier manufacturing companies, leading employee training and managing customer support needs. Mr. Craig worked alongside his employees to help them achieve excellent listening skills, empathy, and respect in serving and communicating with their customers. These attributes help him greatly understand and navigate the needs of current Southstar clients.
