Bill John

Bill John is an experienced professional in IT automation and project management, currently serving as SVP and Director of IT Automation & Development at SouthState Bank since July 2022. Prior to this role, Bill held various positions at Atlantic Capital Bank from October 2012 to October 2022, where notable achievements included the establishment of the Project Management Office and the creation of the "Automation Factory." Bill's prior experience includes roles at IBM and HCL AXON, focusing on SAP project management and technical leadership. An alumnus of The University of Georgia, Bill obtained an MBA in Finance, and also attended Clarkson University and The Ohio State University for additional educational accomplishments.
