Rusty Mouton is a seasoned professional in commercial real estate lending with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Commercial Real Estate Lender at SouthState Bank since November 2012, Rusty focuses on managing and generating commercial real estate loans in the Central Florida market. Previous roles include Vice President and Commercial Workout Officer at TD Bank Group, and Vice President and Commercial Real Estate Manager at Mercantile Bank, among others. Rusty's background also encompasses positions at Regions Bank, Cardinal Distribution, Salin Bank & Trust, SouthTrust Bank, and Fort Wayne National Bank, where responsibilities ranged from credit management to relationship management for commercial clients. Rusty holds dual bachelor's degrees in General Business and Business Administration from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
