Florencia Risos

Florencia Risos is an experienced IT Recruiter with a diverse background in talent acquisition across multiple prestigious companies. Currently employed at Southteams and YPF since December 2017 and October 2015 respectively, Florencia has also operated as a freelance recruiter for large companies and startups in Buenos Aires since August 2015. Additionally, Florencia has been instrumental in recruiting for Microsoft’s Latin American Services team, focusing on technology roles. Prior experience includes positions at Baker Hughes as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, IBM as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist targeting the pharmaceutical industry, and Globant as an IT Recruiter and HR Analyst.
