Theo Lenneman

Theo Lenneman has a diverse work experience in the landscaping industry. Theo started their career as an intern at Blue Line Enterprises Incorporated in 2011, where they shadowed account managers, completed site assessments, and proposed landscape enhancements. Theo then joined The Brickman Group in 2011 as a Foreman, managing a crew and completing various landscaping projects until 2013. In 2013, they became an Account Manager at The Brickman Group, responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships and presenting site enhancement ideas. In 2015, Theo joined Southview Design as a Project Manager, overseeing projects until 2017, when they became the Production Manager. In 2021, Theo was promoted to the role of Director of Procurement and Sourcing at Southview Design, and by 2023, they became the VP of Operations.

Theo Lenneman attended the University of Minnesota-Crookston from 2008 to 2011. Theo obtained a degree in Horticulture with a focus on Environmental Landscaping during their time there. Prior to attending university, Theo Lenneman also completed their high school education at Saint Michael Albertville High School from 2004 to 2008, although they did not earn a degree or specialize in any particular field of study during this time.

In addition to their formal education, Theo Lenneman also obtained some certifications in their field. In February 2016, they became MNLA Certified Professional through MNLA. Theo is also an ISA Certified Arborist, although the specific institution and year in which they obtained this certification are not provided.
