Eleanor Heagney

Eleanor Heagney currently serves as a Senior Planning Officer in the Design and Conservation team at Southwark Council, a position held since June 2021, and previously held roles as Planning Officer and Graduate Planner within the same department. Prior to this, Eleanor gained experience as a Placement Student at David Lock Associates Ltd in January 2021 and worked as a Recruiter for The Omerta Group from October 2018 to August 2020, specializing in executive search for investment banking and private markets investing. Eleanor holds an MSc in Urban and Regional Planning from The University of Sheffield and a MA (Hons) in History of Art from the University of St Andrews. Education was completed at St. Brendan's Community School in Birr, Ireland, from 2008 to 2014.
