Lulzim Osmani

Lulzim Osmani serves as the Head of EBA and Adult Education at Southwark Council since January 2005, overseeing a team that facilitates partnerships between schools and businesses. This role includes the development and implementation of training programs that leverage community volunteering to enhance employee motivation and skills. Prior to this position, Lulzim Osmani worked at local schools from 2002 to 2005, focusing on delivering training sessions that raised sexual health awareness among young people. Lulzim Osmani holds an MA in Human Resource Management from London Metropolitan University.
