Blair Radney

Blair Radney is an experienced professional in construction management and pastoral leadership. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Southway Builders, Inc. since August 2022, Blair is involved in managing various projects for public, private, and non-profit clients, focusing on historic restoration and adaptive reuse. Simultaneously, Blair holds the position of Senior Pastor at Elkridge Baptist Church, offering spiritual guidance and pastoral care. Previously, Blair was a Division Leader/Project Executive at Plano-Coudon, LLC and served as an Associate Pastor at Friendship Baptist Church-Sykesville. Additional experience includes managing construction projects for Baltimore County Government and overseeing multi-level commercial construction as a Project Superintendent at Struever Bros. Eccles & Rouse. Blair Radney holds a Master’s degree in Theology from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary and an AAS in General Studies from Carroll Community College.
