Dominick Dunnigan

Dominick Dunnigan has extensive work experience in the construction industry. Dominick served as the Vice President and Director of Business Development and Marketing at Southway Builders, Inc. from 2012 to 2019. At Southway, they focused on delivering successful historic restoration, commercial, institutional, and multifamily projects. Prior to that, Dominick worked as a Project Development Manager at Forrester Construction Company, where they led business development efforts for public K-12 and higher education projects. Dominick also held the position of Director of Marketing & Business Development at Oak Contracting, LLC, where they specialized in new construction and renovation projects for the education and medical research sectors. Dominick's responsibilities included generating leads, responding to RFPs, designing promotional materials, and managing philanthropic efforts. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Assistant Vice President at T. Rowe Price, a financial services firm.

Dominick Dunnigan completed their education with a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Dominick attended this institution from 1991 to 1994. Later, they pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing from Loyola University Maryland, attending from 1999 to 2001.

In addition to their formal education, Dominick Dunnigan has also obtained a certification as a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP) from the USGBC - National Capital Region Chapter in November 2009.
