Eric Stephenson

Eric Stephenson is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in the construction industry. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Southway Builders, Inc. since July 2019, Eric also holds the position of Planning Commissioner for the City of Baltimore, where responsibilities include representing the community on the Baltimore City Planning Commission and overseeing a capital improvement budget of $792 million in 2023. Previous roles include Project Manager at Armada Hoffler Construction Company from November 2014 to July 2019 and at TN Ward Company from March 2008 to October 2014, with a specialization in on-site project management for commercial construction. Eric earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Drexel University between 2002 and 2007.
