Shelly Hutson

Shelly Hutson possesses extensive experience in the construction industry, currently serving as Senior Estimator and Preconstruction Manager at Southway Builders, Inc. since July 2014. Prior to this role, Shelly worked at Obrecht-Phoenix Contractors, Inc. as a Project Manager for 16 years, where responsibilities included project management, estimating, in-house IT, and office administration. Shelly's career began at Tompkins Builders as a Jobsite Administrator from 1991 to 1998. Shelly is an alumnus of Catonsville Community College.
