Cynde Jones

Cynde Jones began their work experience in 1993 as a Teller at Town North Bank. Cynde then worked as Member Service Rep and Accounting Clerk at Unity One Credit Union from February 1994 to February 1996. In February 1996, Jones joined Southwest Airlines Federal Credit Union as President/CEO, a position they still hold.

Cynde Jones attended Missouri State University from 1992 to 1993, but did not earn a degree or specialize in any particular field of study during that time. In 2005, they participated in the NAFCU Management Development Institute, though it is unclear if they obtained a degree or focused on a specific field of study.
