Pamela Spooner

Pamela Spooner is an experienced production manager with a robust background in the manufacturing and design sectors. Currently serving as the Production Manager at Southwest Antennas since September 2007, Pamela oversees production workflow, hires and trains employees, and implements techniques for quality and efficiency improvements. Previously, Pamela co-owned and operated Amoree Designs from June 1992 to November 2001, managing all aspects of the business, including product design, prototyping, and quality control. Earlier experience includes a role as Designer and Production Manager at Kangaroo Video Products from February 1985 to September 1992, where Pamela focused on product development and quality oversight. Pamela holds a Bookkeeping Certificate from Sawyer Business College and completed education at Victor Valley High School.
