Tara J. has extensive experience in human resources and executive administration. Tara started their career as an Administrative Assistant at Ashley Furniture Homestores in 2008, where they supported the business manager and handled administrative tasks. Tara then moved on to EnVus Salon/Spa & Events Lounge in 2010, where they became a Manager and Human Resources professional. During their time there, they focused on creating a positive work environment, providing support to team members, and handling recruitment and onboarding processes. In 2017, Tara joined EcoWater Systems LLC as a Senior Administrative Assistant and Human Resources personnel, where they led recruitment initiatives, trained staff, and managed job boards. Currently, they are with Southwest Antennas as the Director of Human Resources, Facilities, IT, and Executive Admin, responsible for implementing business initiatives, providing HR guidance, and resolving employee relations issues.
