Katherine Sims

Katherine Sims has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Katherine started their career as a Teacher at Ecisd in 2010 and worked there until 2014. Katherine then transitioned to a role as a Database Administrator at Reliant Holdings, LLC from 2014 to 2017. Following that, they worked as an Associate Professor at Odessa College Continuing Education from 2016 to 2021. Simultaneously, they also served as a Department Chair of Engineering and Technology/Professor at Odessa College from 2017 to 2021. In 2021, they joined Relaint Holdings, LTD. as a Sr. Application Developer, where they continue to work. Currently, they hold the role of Director of Systems and Technology at SouthWest Bank, which they started in 2023.

Katherine Sims completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Applied learning and development from The University of Texas at Austin in 2009. Katherine then pursued further education and earned their Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science from The University of Texas Permian Basin between 2013 and 2015.
