Aubrey Tamietti

Youth Program Manager at Southwest Conservation Corps

Aubrey Tamietti serves as the AVHH Coordinator at Chaffee County Public Health Department since August 2022 and has been the Youth Program Manager at Southwest Conservation Corps since February 2017. Aubrey has extensive experience in planning and implementing youth programming focused on environmental education and community engagement, particularly for high school students in low-income and Chicano/a communities in Southwest Colorado. Key responsibilities have included supervising staff, developing risk management policies, fostering local partnerships, and securing funding through grants. Aubrey has also contributed to various organizational initiatives aimed at promoting equity and inclusion. Prior roles include Program Coordinator at Bend Parks and Recreation and Enrichment Instructor, as well as Field Guide at Alaska Crossings. Aubrey holds a degree in Biology with an emphasis on Conservation from Northern Arizona University.
