Asmaa Odeh has a wealth of experience in the field of research and program management. Asmaa began their career in 2013 as a Research and Teaching Assistant and Technical Analyst at the University of Miami Herbert Business School. In 2015, they were appointed as a Research Assistant at the University of Miami College of Arts & Sciences. In 2016, they were promoted to the role of Preventative Health and Wellness Program Manager at the University of Miami. In 2019, they joined Florida Gulf Coast University as a Program Manager and Agribusiness Research Analyst. Currently, they are employed at the Southwest Florida Regional Planning Council as both a Project Director and Project Coordinator.
Asmaa Odeh obtained a Bachelor of Science from the University of Miami. Asmaa also has a number of certifications including Permaculture Design from Florida Gulf Coast University in December 2019, UF/IFAS Garden Educator from the University of Florida in December 2019, Open Water Diver from SSI Scuba Schools International in July 2018, Bacchus Network Peer Educator from NASPA - Student Affairs Administrators in Higher Education in August 2014, and Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) from the Project Management Institute in December 2020.
