Alexa Ells

Alexa Ells has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Alexa currently serves as the Assistant Director of Compliance at SFE- Southwest Foodservice Excellence, a position they started in September 2021. Prior to this, Alexa worked as a Dietitian at Killeen ISD from January to August 2021.

From November 2016 to January 2021, they held the role of Child Nutrition Manager & Assistant Director of Compliance at SFE- Southwest Foodservice Excellence. Before that, Alexa worked as a Tap Room Manager at Circle Brewing Company from an unknown date to 2018.

In 2012, they served as a Marketing Manager at Legacy Marketing, and from 2009 to 2010, they were a Brand Ambassador at the same company. Alexa's work journey began in 2006 as a Brand Ambassador at Red Bull, where they stayed until 2008.

Alexa Ells has a diverse education history. Alexa earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and Government from Texas State University in 2009. Later, in 2015, they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics and Clinical Nutrition Services from Texas State University. Concurrently, they also completed a Dietetic Internship from the University of Houston. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Marketing Analytics from Texas Tech University - Rawls College of Business, which is expected to be completed in 2023.
