Erin Henlin

Erin Henlin currently serves as Talent Development Manager at Southwest Gas Corporation, overseeing a team of seven in talent management, learning delivery, leadership development, and enterprise learning design since June 2014. Prior to this role, Erin was a Senior Learning and Development Consultant and Senior Training Specialist at MGM Resorts International from October 2011 to June 2014, and held various positions at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, including Quality Assurance Team Lead and Business Training Consultant from July 2003 to October 2011. Erin holds a Master of Education in Instructional Design from Western Governors University, an MBA from the University of Phoenix, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a focus on Human Resources from California State University, Stanislaus.
