Karthik Shanmugam is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Unix consulting and systems support. Currently serving as a Senior Analyst at Southwest Gas Corporation since September 2006, Karthik has a proven track record in high availability (HA) solutions and virtualization technologies. Prior experience includes a tenure as a Senior Unix Consultant at Multivision Inc from May 2005 to August 2012, where Karthik specialized in Solaris and Linux systems within physical and VMware environments. Karthik holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Thiagarajar College of Engineering, completed between 1996 and 2000.
