Paul Gustilo

Paul Gustilo has over 30 years of experience in the gas distribution industry. Paul began their career at the U.S. Department of Transportation, Office of Pipeline Safety, where they worked as a General Engineer/Inspector, conducting inspections and assisting with enforcement actions. Paul then joined Washington Gas, initially as an Operations Engineer and later as a Mechanical Engineer. At the American Gas Association, Paul served as the Managing Director of Operations & Engineering, representing the industry on regulatory initiatives and managing benchmarking programs. Currently, they are employed by Southwest Gas Corporation as the Director of Gas Operations Support Staff, responsible for developing and executing strategic plans in various operations and engineering areas. In addition to their professional career, Paul is also the President of the Las Vegas Southwest Rotary Club.

Paul Gustilo earned their Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland in 1991. Paul later pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas and completed it in 2012. Additionally, they hold a Professional Engineering License awarded by the State of Virginia, DPOR.
