Vice President Customer Experience at Southwest Gas

Reagan Monroe has extensive work experience in the energy industry. They began their career in 2006 as a Project Manager at Baltimore Gas & Electric, where they managed the Transmission Integrity Management Program. In 2008, Monroe joined Southwest Gas Corporation, starting as the Manager of Engineering Project Support Staff. They then progressed into roles such as Program Manager/Business Operations and Technology Support and Director of Business Technology - IT. In 2019, Monroe became the Director of System Integrity before eventually being promoted to Vice President of Customer Experience in 2023. Throughout their career, Monroe has demonstrated strong leadership skills and expertise in various areas, including customer experience, technology support, and infrastructure integrity management.

Reagan Monroe attended the University of Idaho, where they completed a Utility Executive Course. They also attended the University of Maryland Baltimore County and earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering. Additionally, in 2012, they completed the WEI Business Acumen Course.
