Amy Agnew

Early Head Start Child Care Partnerships Manager at Southwest Human Development

Amy Agnew is an experienced professional in early childhood education, currently serving as the Early Head Start Child Care Partnerships Manager at Southwest Human Development since June 2014. In addition, Agnew has been an Adjunct Instructor at East Tennessee State University since August 2012. Previous roles include teaching positions at the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community and the Even Start Family Literacy Program, as well as serving as a Regional Administrator Specialist for the Tennessee Early Childhood Training Alliance. Agnew's extensive background also includes serving as a Child Care Director/Teacher in Florida and Indiana. Educational credentials include a Master of Arts in Early Childhood Education from East Tennessee State University and a Bachelor of Science in Social Science from Jacksonville University.
