Chad Miller began their work experience in 2014 at CSE Federal Credit Union, where they started as a Consumer Lender before being promoted to Consumer Lending Supervisor. Chad worked in this position until 2017 when they joined Southwest Louisiana Credit Union as the Chief Operations Officer. In 2019, Chad was promoted to the position of President/CEO at Southwest Louisiana Credit Union, where they currently work.
Chad Miller obtained an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Louisiana State University Eunice from 2010 to 2012. Chad then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Finance at the University of Louisiana Monroe from 2012 to 2014. Later, Chad completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Louisiana Monroe from 2016 to 2018. Furthermore, they obtained additional certifications such as Certified Chief Executive (CCE) from CUES in 2023, Credit Union Compliance Expert (CUCE) from CUNA Mutual Group in 2017, and Certified Credit Union Financial Counselor (CCUFC) from CUNA Mutual Group in 2016.
