Dr. Daniel T. Hall IV

Dr. Daniel T. Hall IV, FACFAS, DAPBM has a diverse work experience in the field of podiatric medicine. Dr. Daniel T. is the Medical Staff President at Lake Charles Memorial Health System since 2022. Prior to that, they owned and served as the Physician and Chief Medical Officer at Louisiana Foot and Ankle Specialists, LLC since 2014. At the same time, they also worked as a Podiatric Surgery and Wound Care Consultant at Moss Memorial Clinic of Lake Charles Memorial Hospital. In 2019, they served as the Department Chairman at Lake Charles Memorial Health System. Earlier in their career, Dr. Hall worked as a Resident Physician at South Miami Hospital of Baptist Health from 2011 to 2014, where they received extensive training in elective and reconstructive surgery of the foot and ankle.

Dr. Daniel T. Hall IV, FACFAS, DAPBM obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Chemistry from Indiana University Bloomington in the years 2003 to 2007. Dr. Daniel T. then pursued their Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery at the Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine from 2007 to 2011. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the State of Louisiana Podiatric Medical Licensure in 2013, as well as certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (A.C.L.S.) and Basic Life Support (B.L.S.) from the American Heart Association in August 2013. Dr. Daniel T. also holds certifications in the American Podiatric Medical Licensing Examination and the Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative for Human Research Subjects, but the dates of completion are unspecified.
