Gerald Bryant

Gerald Bryant is currently the EVP & Chief Nursing Officer at Lake Charles Memorial Health System. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Nursing Officer/Chief Operating Officer at Baptist Hospitals of Southeast Texas from January 2008 to November 2014. Gerald has also served as the Chief Nursing Officer at Wesley Medical Center from June 2007 to January 2008. Gerald has been with Lake Charles Memorial Health System since March 1993, serving in various roles including Vice President of Patient Care Services from March 1993 to June 2007.

Gerald Bryant's educational career began with him obtaining their Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Lousiana at Monroe. Gerald then went on to obtain their Master of Nursing from McNeese State University in the field of Nursing Administration. Finally, they obtained their Doctor of Nursing Practice from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Executive Leadership.

They work with Bernita Loyd Brown - Vice President, Moss Memorial Health Clinic Administrator & Privacy Officer, Charles P. Whitson - EVP, CFO & Treasurer, and Daniel Aguillard - VP Specialty Services. Gerald Bryant reports to Larry M. Graham, President & CEO.
