Kelli Theriot

Kelli Theriot, PT, DPT, has extensive experience in physical therapy, currently serving as a Doctor of Physical Therapy at Thrive Pelvic Floor and Pregnancy Center since March 2025 and at Lake Charles Memorial Health System since July 2019. Prior roles include Travel Physical Therapist with Delta Healthcare Providers, supervising physical therapy in various settings including nursing facilities in Louisiana and Arkansas. Kelli gained foundational experience as a Student Physical Therapist at multiple institutions, handling diverse patient populations and treatment protocols, and has a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences as well as a Bachelor's degree in Health and Human Performance from McNeese State University. Additionally, Kelli’s leadership experience includes roles as President and Personnel Chair of Chi Omega Sorority.
