Mandy Estes, RN, BSN, currently serves as the Director of Ambulatory Quality and Care Management at Lake Charles Memorial Health System, overseeing primary care and multi-specialty medical groups since December 2023. With a robust background in home health care, Mandy held the position of Corporate Director, Clinical Practice and Strategy at Amedisys from September 2022 to November 2023, and previously served as Administrator of Home Health Operations at Lake Charles Memorial Health System from November 2017 to September 2022. Mandy's experience also includes five years as Executive Director of Home Health Operations at Kindred at Home, where responsibilities included managing daily operations, budget development, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. Notable achievements include earning CMS Five-Star ratings in patient satisfaction, consistent revenue growth, and receiving the Touchstone Award in 2015. Mandy holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from McNeese State University and an Associate of Science in Nursing from the College of Coastal Georgia.
