Paul Espey

Paul Espey has a diverse work experience in the field of security services. Paul started their career at Valleyfair Family Amusement Park as a Safety & Security officer from April 2002 to September 2005. Paul then worked at Allina Health for more than a decade, from March 2005 to March 2016, where they focused on Security Management & Crime Prevention. Following that, they joined Memorial Hermann Health System as a Manager II for System Security Services, working from March 2016 to October 2018. Paul's most recent position is at Lake Charles Memorial Health System, where they started as a System Director for Security Services and then expanded their responsibilities to include Violence Prevention from October 2018 to the present.

Paul Espey attended Alexandria Technical and Community College from 2002 to 2004, where they earned an A.A.S degree in Law Enforcement. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Healthcare Workplace Stress and Violence, Preventing Workplace Violence, and CHSSO from OSHAcademy Safety and Health Training and the International Association for Healthcare Security and Safety (IAHSS) in 2022.
