Roxanne Thompson

Roxanne Thompson has over 20 years of experience in human resources. Roxanne began their career at CHRISTUS Health in 1999 as a Human Resources professional and later moved to Lake Charles Medical & Surgical Clinic as a Human Resources Coordinator. In 2007, they rejoined CHRISTUS Health as an Associate Relations Coordinator, where they worked until 2012. Since 2013, Roxanne has been serving as the HR Director for Employee Relations & Talent Acquisition at Lake Charles Memorial Health System.

Roxanne Thompson attended McNeese State University, studying Business Administration. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Destrehan High School.
