J. Marc Hopkins MBA, CCNA, CETL serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Southwest Ohio Computer Association (SWOCA) since June 2013, where responsibilities include setting the technical vision and leading IT infrastructure to support 45 member school districts. Prior to this role, J. Marc worked as the Network Systems Manager at SWOCA, managing technical operations for 34 public school districts and various community and non-public schools in Ohio.
